The role involves delivering post-implementation support, managing support tickets, and conducting training. Candidates should be part or fully qualified accountants with ERP system experience, possessing strong technical skills and a customer-focused mindset. Qualifications

• You should be part qualified or fully qualified in accountancy.
• Experience supporting ERP systems either directly or from the customer side is required.
• Strong understanding of basic business processes is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality support to customers and partners via our cloud-based support desk.
• Manage the progress of support tickets to meet SLA targets.
• Encourage customers to utilize the product for automating processes.
• Deliver additional training and consultancy to customers post-go-live.
