Job summary

PT Renewables is looking for an ERP and systems specialist in Loughborough. You will be the primary contact for ERP and business systems, supporting daily users across sites and keeping operations running smoothly.

You will work with Business Central or Sage X3, handle a busy support queue, perform light SQL work, reporting and configuration, and assist with implementations and upgrades. On-site two days a week with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Solid experience supporting an ERP system, ideally Business Central or Sage X3, though broader ERP experience is welcome.
• Comfortable managing a high volume support queue and prioritising against service levels
• A genuinely strong communicator who enjoys the people side as much as the technical side
• Some hands-on technical ability, for example SQL, configuration or report writing
• Commutable to Loughborough and able to be on site two days a week
• Business Central or Sage X3 specifically
• Change management, governance or controls exposure
• ITIL, ITSM tooling or PLM exposure
• Experience of system implementations or upgrades

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the group's ERP and business systems, including Business Central and Sage X3
• Manage and prioritise a busy support ticket queue, keeping the wider business running smoothly
• Support colleagues who find systems daunting, explaining things clearly and picking up the phone
• Go hands on with lighter technical work where needed, such as SQL, configuration and reporting
• Support system implementations, upgrades and continuous improvement across the application landscape
• Help drive change management, process adoption and standardisation across stakeholders
• Contribute to governance, controls and documentation
