Job summary

Everfield is seeking a proactive Sage 200 support specialist to join our manufacturing ERP-focused team. You will manage 1st and 2nd line cases across our Cim range, supporting direct customers and reseller partners by phone, email, and ticket.

You will diagnose issues, perform basic SQL queries, and escalate only when needed, while growing knowledge of Cim200, Cim360.cloud, and related tools. A hybrid/remote setup is available.

Qualifications

• Solid, demonstrable Sage 200 support experience in a 1st or 2nd line role.
• Comfortable working with databases, with at least basic SQL skills.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Handle 1st and 2nd line support cases across Cim products, by phone, email and ticket.
• Work with the support team to maintain fast response times for customers and partners.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using knowledgebase and growing product knowledge.
• Investigate configuration and data issues, including running SQL queries where needed.
• Escalate complex cases with clear reproduction steps and detailed notes.
• Keep cases updated and communicate clearly with customers and partners.
• Contribute to the knowledgebase to reduce repeat issues over time.
