Confidential is seeking an Account Manager for Accounting & ERP software to manage an existing customer base, drive cross-sell opportunities, and grow revenue. The role is home-based with occasional office days in the Derby area, reporting to the Sales Director and leveraging Sage 50/200/Intacct experience.

You'll build lasting relationships, visit clients regularly, and work with product specialists to tailor solutions.

Formación

• Experience in solutions sales or account management with evidence of winning business and growing revenue.
• ERP software experience is advantageous, Sage 50 or Cim 50 experience particularly relevant.
• Confidence presenting to customers and ability to drive opportunities through the sales cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with an existing portfolio of customers.
• Visit clients at least twice a week to understand their businesses.
• Identify and close cross-selling opportunities for software and services.
• Collaborate with sales consultants, marketing and product specialists.
• Maintain an accurate customer database and active sales pipeline.
• Aim for a strong margin with uncapped commission.
