Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent management/IT qualification required.
• Significant programme or project management experience.
• Experience delivering large and complex projects.
• Experience in local government with business analysis and change teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP-focused programme from evaluation to procurement and implementation.
• Establish governance, delivery plans, finances and risks management.
