Job summary

Huws Gray is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead the Core ERP Modernisation within its Technology team. You will own end-to-end delivery of a major platform transformation, coordinating internal teams and external partners to keep the programme on track.

You’ll drive governance, risk management, data migration and cutover readiness, reporting to Steering Committees and stakeholders with clear evidence-based go/no-go decisions and a focus on delivering tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology programmes, preferably ERP or major platform transformation.
• Ability to coordinate across technology, business teams and suppliers with governance.
• Proven ownership and ability to drive programmes to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated programme plan, milestones, critical path and dependencies.
• Lead programme governance, RAID management and Steering Committee reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, suppliers and key business stakeholders.
• Manage programme resources, capacity, dependencies and delivery risks.
• Oversee testing, business readiness, migration, cutover and hypercare.
• Drive the programme through agreed stage gates, ensuring clear evidence supports key go/no-go decisions.
• Maintain a clear view of progress, risks and decisions, escalating early where intervention is needed.
