The role covers governance, delivery plans, finances, risks and resource coordination across technology, digital and council services. As a high-profile programme, you will report to senior leaders and elected Members, providing clear assurance and guidance

Qualificações

• Experience leading large, complex programmes (ERP or technology change).
• Strong governance, planning and delivery foreground.
• Experience with procurement and outsourcing arrangements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a major programme from evaluation to implementation and transition.
• Establish governance, delivery plans, finances and risks.
• Coordinate resources and dependencies across multiple workstreams and services.
• Engage senior leaders and elected Members with clear reporting and assurance.
