Job summary

Skillsbay Ltd is seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to lead an Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Transformation programme within a large, complex organisation in the UK. You will own integrated programme planning, PMO governance and delivery controls, ensuring milestones are met and dependencies managed.

You will work with the Programme Director, drive reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams, coordinating internal teams and external partners to

Qualifications

• Experience on a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation, ideally Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Strong programme planning, scheduling and governance skills.
• Ability to manage multi-workstream delivery plans and dependencies.
• Excellent risk, issue and critical path management.

• Drive consistency and discipline across PMO teams, strengthening planning, reporting and governance.
• Monitor programme progress, challenging workstream leads and ensuring delivery remains on track.

• Provide accurate reporting, delivery assurance and escalation to the Programme Director.
• Coordinate internal teams and external implementation partners to drive accountability and programme delivery.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to support a major Oracle Fusion ERP Finance Transformation Programme within a large, complex organisation.

Working closely with the Programme Director, you will take ownership of integrated programme planning, PMO governance and delivery controls, ensuring multiple workstreams remain aligned, milestones are achieved and risks and dependencies are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated programme plan, managing critical paths, milestones and interdependencies.

Essential Experience

• Previous experience working on a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation, ideally Oracle Fusion Finance.
• Strong programme planning, scheduling, PMO and governance experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream delivery plans and dependencies.
• Excellent risk, issue and critical path management skills.
• Confident challenging project managers, PMO teams and senior stakeholders to maintain delivery standards.
• Experience working within large, complex organisations.
