Job summary

P3M Recruitment is seeking an IT Project Manager for a permanent, hybrid role delivering ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects across client sites in the UK. The role requires end-to-end project delivery, strong stakeholder engagement and detailed governance to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Candidate must have 4+ years’ experience with ERP/CRM programs, familiarity with Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to manage data migration, integrations and budgets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering complex software projects.
• Experience delivering ERP/CRM implementations.
• Right to work in the UK and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects end-to-end.
• Define scope, plans and milestones across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Lead implementation, configuration, customization and integrations.
• Oversee data migration, cutover and validation activity.
• Manage vendors, suppliers and technical teams.
• Run governance, RAID management and progress reporting.
• Support business change and user adoption.
• Budget tracking and cost control.
