Job summary

Winman is seeking an Implementation Manager for a Hybrid role based in Birmingham. You will lead multiple ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery from mobilisation through go-live with strong governance, risk management, and customer collaboration.

Expect workshops, consultancy, and billable delivery across cross-functional teams. You will drive readiness, manage dependencies, and oversee design governance, ensuring successful handover to Customer Success and aligned post-go-live success

Qualifications

Proven ERP or complex business system implementations.
Strong business analysis and consultancy capability (process mapping, gap analysis).
Risk, issue and dependency management with timely escalation.
Excellent stakeholder communication from ops to exec level.
Proficient use of delivery tooling (plans, RAID, backlogs, test evidence).
Willingness to travel to customer sites and provide out-of-hours support.

Responsibilities

Own delivery from mobilisation to go-live and early life support.
Maintain delivery plans, RAID and stage gates; report progress.
Lead discovery, process mapping and backlog creation with clear acceptance criteria.
Ensure readiness for entry/exit at each delivery stage and governance adherence.
Manage data readiness, testing and cutover planning for go-live.
Lead handover workshops and set post-go-live success measures.
