Job summary

Experis is seeking an experienced ERP Cutover & Deployment Manager to lead a major cloud ERP implementation. You will own cutover strategy, data migration execution and go-live readiness, coordinating across business, IT and partners to minimise disruption.

You will drive governance, risk management and post-go-live support while guiding teams through dress rehearsals and production go-live events in a large transformation programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ERP cutovers and deployment activities in large programmes.
• Experience delivering data migration workstreams for ERP solutions.
• Excellent risk management, planning and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the cutover strategy and execution plan for a major ERP implementation.
• Coordinate go-live readiness criteria with business, IT and delivery partners.
• Lead end-to-end data migration activities from planning through hypercare and go-live.
• Manage cross-functional cutover activities and post-go-live support arrangements.
• Provide clear reporting on deployment readiness, migration status and risks.
