Job summary

Stratospherec Ltd. is recruiting an ERP Software Solutions Implementation Manager to join a Birmingham‑based client. The role delivers ERP implementations from mobilisation to go‑live and early stabilisation, coordinating cross‑functional teams and maintaining customer contact.

You will drive discovery, process mapping, and design governance while managing risks, dependencies, and handover to Customer Success. Travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end ERP or complex business system delivery experience.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping and gap analysis skills.
• Proven risk, issue and dependency management with timely escalation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication from operations to executive level.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and provide out-of-hours support during cutover.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from mobilisation to go-live and early life support.
• Maintain an up-to-date delivery plan, RAID and stage gates; report progress clearly.
• Coordinate internal and customer teams to meet commitments and standards.
• Lead discovery, business process mapping, and gap analysis within scope.
• Translate findings into a clear delivery backlog with acceptance criteria.
• Advise customers on change impacts, adoption readiness and operating procedures.
• Ensure readiness, governance, design standards and escalation controls.
• Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead cutover planning, rollback criteria and go-live command-centre execution.
• Prepare handover to Support and Customer Success with documentation.
