Job summary

Solvex Solutions seeks an experienced Project Manager for a Global Dynamics 365 transformation programme in Central London. The role is hybrid (2 days onsite weekly) and initially for six months with extension potential.

You will own coordination across global workstreams, manage the Systems Integrator, challenge delivery progress, and maintain clear reporting to senior stakeholders. Strong experience in D365 F&O and ERP programmes is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation or ERP programmes.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP.
• Strong vendor/Systems Integrator management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project across multiple global workstreams.
• Manage the Dynamics 365 implementation partner to ensure accountability and delivery visibility.
• Collaborate with vendor to challenge progress, identify risks and ensure commitments are met.
• Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies and actions in Azure DevOps.
• Provide delivery reporting and dashboards to programme leadership.
• Monitor dependencies across Process, Data, Technology and Change workstreams.
• Support planning for testing, cutover and rollout activities.
• Ensure evidence of delivery from the partner and support change control where needed.
