Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in the United Kingdom seeks an ERP Change Manager on a two-year fixed-term contract to steer the change workstream for a major ERP rollout. You will craft the change strategy and drive adoption, training and communications across operations, with strong emphasis on shopfloor engagement and readiness activities. The role requires significant on-site presence up to four days a week and commutable proximity to Sheffield.

Qualifications

• Significant organisational change experience across ERP implementations.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or asset-intensive environments.
• Evidence of moving teams away from manual or legacy processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with shopfloor and senior leaders.
• Practical knowledge of readiness, training, communications and adoption.
• Qualified in Prosci, APMG or comparable change methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change management workstream across an ERP implementation.
• Develop and deliver the change strategy for the project.
• Oversee change impact assessments, business readiness, communications and training.
• Manage resistance, cutover support and post-implementation adoption.
