Assystem UK is seeking an experienced Change Manager to deploy the global change roadmap locally, adapting it to UK contexts and stakeholders. You will lead the UK rollout, sponsor activation and readiness activities across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, adoption measurement (ADKAR/ICAP) and building a UK Super Users network, with go-live and hypercare support through D+90.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Proven change management experience in ERP or large-scale transformations with SAP experience.
• Workday HCM experience would be highly beneficial.
• Strong ability to influence, engage stakeholders and drive adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Roll out the UK change roadmap aligned with the global ERP programme and local constraints.
• Lead local scoping activities: stakeholder mapping, impact assessments and updates.
• Activate UK sponsorship with manager toolkits, messages and Q&A.
• Drive adoption measurement and reporting (ADKAR/ICAP).
• Build and animate UK Key Users / Super Users network.
• Coordinate operational readiness: training plans, sessions, UAT prep and feedback.
• Prepare Go-Live readiness and support; manage resistance and communications.
• Oversee Hypercare and stabilisation post-launch.
