Job summary

IMT Resourcing Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale enterprise systems transformation in Gloucester.

The role focuses on business-led change, collaborating with programme leadership and senior stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new ERP/CRM systems and processes. You will lead change impact assessments, communications, training, and readiness activities, tracking adoption and embedding benefits across the organisation on a 6-month contract

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering change management on large-scale enterprise systems transformation.
• Strong track record working within complex, multi-functional enterprise organisations.
• Experience supporting major ERP, CRM or enterprise-wide technology implementations.
• Demonstrable experience managing organisational change across multiple departments and senior stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of change impact assessments, business readiness, communications and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the change management strategy for a large-scale systems transformation programme.
• Work closely with programme teams, business leaders and stakeholders to understand the impact of technology and process changes.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities.
• Develop communication, engagement and training strategies to support successful adoption.
• Identify and manage resistance to change, ensuring business teams are engaged throughout the programme.
• Work across multiple business functions to assess operational impacts and prepare teams for new systems and processes.
• Establish change adoption measures and monitor business readiness ahead of implementation.
• Support the transition into business as usual, ensuring changes are embedded and benefits realised.
