Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple ERP implementations end-to-end (at least 5).
• Strong project management background (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2 or similar).
• Experience managing complex, multi-phase ERP programmes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the ERP project and drive it through to completion.
• Establish and maintain robust project governance, cadence and reporting.
• Manage internal stakeholders, senior leadership and external partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Sales and Customer Services.
• Ensure day-one operational readiness for go-live.
