Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Transformation Change Manager to drive enterprise change programmes across the UK and client environments. Based in London, Manchester or Edinburgh, you will lead complex change initiatives enabled by SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce and other technologies.

You will shape transformation visions, engage leadership, plan change, and craft communications. Grow the Change Consulting practice by developing innovative offerings and market perspectives while delivering

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise transformational change programmes.
• Experience with SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors or Salesforce.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work across large, global client organisations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise transformational change projects underpinned by technology.
• Manage lifecycle elements: vision, leadership engagement, change planning, culture and behaviour change, communications and storytelling, measurement and operating model.
• Support growth of the Change consulting practice through thought leadership and market eminence.
• Create market relevant Change Management viewpoints, blogs and offerings for Accenture’s Change consulting.
• Deliver with consistency and excellence for our clients.
