Job summary

The Works Stores Ltd. is recruiting an ERP Change Manager to lead the change and adoption workstream within a complex, enterprise-wide ERP transformation programme.

You will translate programme delivery into practical, people-focused change, embedding new behaviours and processes to deliver sustained business impact and long-term value. Reporting to the Head of ERP Delivery, you will ensure the business is ready, engaged and able to adopt new systems and ways of working across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Change leadership and adoption – lead large-scale business change across ERP implementations.
• Stakeholder engagement and influence with senior leaders and teams.
• Understanding of business operations and impact of system changes.
• Change framework and methodology including impact assessments and readiness planning.
• Communication and storytelling to simplify change for employees.
• Proactive in identifying adoption risks and behavioural challenges and addressing them early.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the change framework for the ERP programme.
• Partner with business leaders and workstream teams to land change effectively.
• Define and embed business readiness frameworks, including assessments and readiness criteria.
• Drive adoption and engagement across functions, managing risks and resistance.
• Develop and deliver a clear communications approach for the organisation.
• Support the design of future ways of working, including SOPs, RACI and process design.
• Enable capability building by shaping training strategies and leveraging Talent Development.
