JSS, a leading professional services firm, seeks an experienced ERP Change Manager to lead the people side of a major ERP transformation across the UK. The role focuses on shaping how changes are adopted and how the business prepares for go-live.

You will drive change impact assessments, communication plans and business readiness, ensuring adoption is sustained and that senior leaders are aligned throughout the programme across multiple offices.
