Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Business Systems & Transformation Lead to own the ERP platform and drive business-wide improvements. You’ll identify inefficiencies, map processes and deliver measurable benefits using Syspro and related tools.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations and IT to implement automation, reporting and data-driven insights, building internal capability and guiding stakeholders through change to enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, business systems or transformation roles.
• Ability to map and analyse business processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Experience with reporting, data and systems integration.
• Comfort working across multiple departments to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the ERP platform (Syspro) and associated business systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Review, map and improve business processes across multiple functions.
• Increase utilisation of business systems and reduce manual workarounds.
• Support systems integration, automation and digital development projects.
• Develop reporting, business insight and data-driven decision making.
• Work with external technology providers and implementation partners.
• Build internal capability, knowledge and adoption of business systems.
