Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Business Systems & Transformation Lead to own the ERP platform and related systems, driving transformation and continuous improvement across the business. You’ll partner with stakeholders to map processes, deliver measurable efficiencies, and lead automation initiatives that enable scalable growth.

Central to the role is Syspro ERP with data-driven reporting and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Finance and IT.

Qualifications

• Experience in business systems, ERP, or transformation roles that improve performance through better processes and systems.
• Ability to map and analyse business processes, gather requirements and facilitate workshops.
• Experience with reporting, data and systems integration, and driving change across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the ERP platform (Syspro) and associated business systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Review, map and improve business processes across multiple functions.
• Increase utilisation of business systems and reduce manual workarounds.
• Support systems integration, automation and digital development projects.
• Develop reporting, business insight and data-driven decision making.
• Build internal capability and adoption of business systems.
