Job summary
Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Business Systems & Transformation Lead to own the ERP platform and drive business-wide transformation through better systems, data and automation. The role focuses on improving processes, increasing efficiency and delivering measurable improvements across functions, with ERP at the heart of the operation.
The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders across the business to map current processes, identify inefficiencies and implement practical
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Systems, ERP, Business Analysis or Transformation roles
- Excellent understanding of ERP, reporting, data and systems integration
- Ability to map and analyse business processes, gather requirements and facilitate workshops
- Proven change management and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the ERP platform (Syspro) and associated business systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
- Review, map and improve business processes across multiple functions
- Increase utilisation of business systems and reduce manual workarounds
- Support systems integration, automation and digital development projects
- Develop reporting, business insight and data-driven decision making
- Work with external technology providers and implementation partners
- Build internal capability, knowledge and adoption of business systems
