Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Business Systems & Transformation Lead to own the ERP platform and drive efficiency across Burnley-based operations. You will map processes, deliver improvements and work with external partners to enable data-driven decision making.

This role focuses on automating and enhancing business systems, with growth opportunities and autonomy within a growing function.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, business systems or transformation initiatives.
• Able to map and improve processes across functions.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain ERP.
• Ability to drive measurable business improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the ERP platform (Syspro) and related systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Map and improve processes across functions.
• Increase system utilisation and reduce manual workarounds.
• Support integrations, automation and digital development.
• Develop reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with external providers and partners.
• Build internal capability and adoption of business systems.
