The role focuses on using systems, data and automation to enable growth, with collaboration across Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.

You will map processes, gather requirements, and lead change initiatives, delivering measurable improvements and enhanced reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business systems, ERP, or transformation roles.
• Experience mapping and analysing business processes.
• Stakeholder management and change delivery.
• ERP systems knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, or related environments.

• Own and develop the ERP platform (Syspro) and associated business systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Review, map and improve business processes across multiple functions.
• Increase utilisation of business systems and reduce manual workarounds.
• Support systems integration, automation and digital development projects.
• Develop reporting, business insight and data‑driven decision making.
• Work with external technology providers and implementation partners.
• Build internal capability, knowledge and adoption of business systems.
