Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection LTD is seeking a Business Systems & Transformation Lead to own the ERP platform (Syspro) and drive continuous improvement across the business. You will map processes, identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements that deliver measurable results, partnering with Finance, Operations and IT.

You will work with external providers, develop reporting, and build internal capability to maximise value from technology investments as the business grows.

Qualifications

• ERP knowledge and transformation experience
• Experience with business systems and data
• Stakeholder management across functions

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the ERP platform (Syspro) and associated business systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
• Review, map and improve business processes across functions
• Increase utilisation of business systems and reduce manual workarounds
• Support systems integration, automation and digital development projects
• Develop reporting, insights and data-driven decision making
• Work with external technology providers and implementation partners
• Build internal capability and adoption of business systems
