Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Business Systems & Transformation Lead to own the ERP (Syspro) and drive business transformation, process improvement and operational excellence across the organisation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to map current processes, identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements that deliver measurable results, including reporting and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Systems, ERP, Business Analysis or Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the ERP platform (Syspro) and associated business systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Review, map and improve business processes across multiple functions.
• Increase utilisation of business systems and reduce manual workarounds.
• Support systems integration, automation and digital development projects.
• Develop reporting, business insight and data-driven decision making.
• Work with external technology providers and implementation partners.
• Build internal capability, knowledge and adoption of business systems.
