Qualifications

• Experience in an Application Support, Service Desk, Systems Administration, or Business Systems Support role.
• Experience supporting ERP or other business-critical applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain English.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application incidents, service requests, and access queries.
• Support user administration, permissions, role changes, and system configuration.
• Manage tickets through SysAid and JIRA, maintaining accurate, auditable records.
• Work with business users, IT teams, and third-party suppliers to identify and resolve issues.
• Help test system updates, service packs, and application enhancements.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, user guides, FAQs, and support documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and help turn support insights into meaningful business improvements.
• Contribute to business analysis activities by gathering requirements and supporting change initiatives.
