Job summary

NHS National Services Scotland is recruiting an eRostering People Systems & Performance Administrator to join our Human Resources team. You will support the eRostering system and related workforce systems, ensuring data quality and proper configuration across services in PSD Scotland.

You will provide first line support, train users, and maintain staff information, including joiners, movers and leavers, with attention to detail in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a small, supportive team and deliver quality outcomes.
• IT and system skills including Excel and eRostering systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in the eRostering system and integrated workforce systems.
• Maintain workforce information and process joiners, movers and leavers, including contractual changes.
• Provide first line user support and training for the eRostering system.
