Job summary

NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking an eRostering People Systems & Performance Administrator to join our HR team. The role supports the eRostering system across PSD Scotland and involves managing access, data quality and system configuration.

You will provide first line user support, maintain workforce information for joiners/movers/leavers, and work with Excel, MS Teams and other workforce systems. Hybrid working in Edinburgh or Glasgow is available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT and system skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel, MS Teams and rostering/HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support in the eRostering system and integrated workforce systems.
• Maintain workforce information and process joins, moves and leavers.
• Provide first line user support for system queries and training.
• Assist in rollout of the system and rostering-related tasks.
