NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking an eRostering People Systems & Performance Administrator to join our HR team. The role supports the eRostering system across PSD Scotland and involves managing access, data quality and system configuration.
You will provide first line user support, maintain workforce information for joiners/movers/leavers, and work with Excel, MS Teams and other workforce systems. Hybrid working in Edinburgh or Glasgow is available.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Human Resources function for an eRostering People Systems & Performance Administrator to join our team, supporting the business as usual of the eRostering system across services in PSDS.
To provide administrative support in the eRostering system and integrated workforce systems, with focus on the management functions of the system to control access, monitor the quality of data, update and maintain the configuration of components. To provide first line user support for system queries and training in the use of the eRostering system and integrated workforce systems.
Maintaining Workforce Information across the eRostering and integrated workforce systems, processing joiners, movers and leaver requests, including updating employee and line manager information including relevant contractual changes.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal be enthusiastic and motivated and able to interact with staff at all levels. The postholder will be working in a small but supportive and dynamic team and must be committed to the delivery of excellence.
IT and system skills are essential as the postholder will be an expert user of the eRostering system and will support other team members in the rollout of the system and other rostering related tasks. Attention to detail is an important element of the role. The postholder will be required to use Excel, MS Teams and other systems pertinent to the work of the team.
You should have sound knowledge and experience of working within a multi-system interface environment and to be able to relate to operational dependencies of systems, e.g. structures, access rights, etc, ideally specifically those within a rostering/ HR environment.
You will work within a high-volume area and the ability to manage your workload, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are key for this role.
Whilst the post is based in either of our offices in Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Delta House, Glasgow, hybrid working will apply.
Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
