Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking an eRostering Support Officer to join NHS Tayside's expanding eRostering Team. The role focuses on system maintenance, staff changes, roster amendments, and user support across the organisation.

As Allocate Optima is rolled out across all staff groups, the post offers exposure to workforce systems, digital transformation and service improvement with opportunities for future development within NHS Tayside.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills and experience with rostering software.
• Proven ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Experience investigating issues and providing solutions.
• Experience with Allocate Optima or similar workforce systems.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to service development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the eRostering system daily, update staff changes and roster amendments.
• Provide guidance on system use to staff at all levels.
• Support modernisation and digitalisation of systems and processes.
• Apply strong organisational and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
