Dnata is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to manage a high-volume ER caseload across UK sites from Heathrow. The role focuses on coaching line managers, interpreting policies, and ensuring compliant commercial decisions in line with business needs.

As part of Central Functions, you’ll provide expert HR policy guidance, build stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement within the HR team. Travel to UK sites is required for this permanent role.

Qualificações

• Experience in Employee Relations/HR Generalist or similar.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for ER issues.
• Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
• Coach line managers through 1:1 sessions and group training on performance, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide consultative issue resolution.
• Manage a high-volume ER caseload, including complex/sensitive cases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within HR team.
• Participate in broader people-focused projects as needed.
• Champion fairness, inclusion, and respect in employee relations practices.

The Role The Employee Relations Partner plays a critical role in managing a substantial caseload of employee relations issues while ensuring alignment with company policies and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching skills, a keen business sense for interpreting policies, and the ability to make informed commercial decisions based on understanding of business policy and commercial risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all ER-related issues.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop line managers to build capability and confidence through 1:1 sessions and group training on: Performance and capability, Disciplinaries and grievances. Absence management
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely case records and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide a consultative approach to resolving issues.
• Manage a high-volume ER caseload, including complex and sensitive cases.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team.
• Participate in broader people-focused projects as and when required.
• Champion a culture of fairness, inclusion, and respect in all employee relations practices.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience working in Employee Relations/HR Generalist or similar roles with a focus on case management
• Desired experience working in a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence and build credibility with colleagues at all levels.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strategic and pragmatic mindset.
• Experience in coaching and training leaders in employee relations best practices
• Commercially minded with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to travel to different UK based sites.
