Job summary

Akari Care Limited is recruiting an ER advisor to join our Operations Team in Leeds, providing expert advice on complex casework and ensuring timely, compliant resolutions across employee relations matters.

You will manage a caseload, build relationships with campus and regional teams, and support managers on employment procedures while travelling within the Northeast and nationwide as needed. The role requires CIPD Level 3 and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• CIPD level 3 qualification or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER advice and guidance to managers across casework.
• Manage a portfolio of ER caseloads.
• Develop relationships with colleagues across the business.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law.
• Reduce sickness absence via case management.
• Lead investigations and prepare reports.
• Travel across the Northeast with some national travel as required.
• Support ER projects and KPI reporting.
