This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers, providing practical advice and helping to resolve employee relations matters fairly, consistently and effectively.
You’ll be a key point of support for managers across the organisation, providing first-line advice across a broad range of employee relations matters. You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, develop your employment law knowledge and play an important role in delivering a positive colleague experience.
You’ll provide practical HR and employee relations support to managers across North Bay, including:
We’re looking for someone who has previous experience in an Employee Relations, HR Advisor or HR Officer position and is confident providing practical advice to managers.
Ideally, you will hold CIPD Level 3 and be working towards CIPD Level 5, or have equivalent practical HR experience.
CIPD Associate Membership and an ongoing interest in Employee Relations or Employment Law would be advantageous.
