Pixl is seeking a logistics coordinator to oversee end-to-end equipment movement for live and studio events across the UK. You will coordinate collections, deliveries, and returns, organise shipment schedules, and create transfers and purchase orders within the inventory system.
You will source equipment solutions, resolve PO and invoice discrepancies, and support show emergencies with accurate records. Strong communication and MS Office 365 proficiency are essential.
Every successful event depends on equipment arriving where it's needed, when it's needed. In this role, you'll help maximise asset utilisation, control costs, resolve equipment challenges, and support the smooth execution of projects by coordinating logistics from start to finish.
At Pixl, we are committed to the profitable delivery of live and studio events while maintaining outstanding standards of quality across our own resources. Our success is built on the people behind the scenes who help ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally. The team at Pixl delivers live events and studio productions across the UK, supporting some of the biggest names in entertainment, corporate events and broadcast. As part of the Pixl team, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse organised, preparing equipment and helping shows come to life.
This role puts you at the centre of equipment planning and logistics operations that support live events and production projects. You'll work across suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams to solve problems, keep projects on track, and make a direct impact on operational success.
If you enjoy bringing order to complex logistics, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring every detail is accounted for, we'd love to hear from you.
