Job summary

Encore Global in Uxbridge, United Kingdom, is seeking a Lead Warehouse Technician to manage distribution, receiving, and warehousing operations at an on-site facility. You will work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.

You will provide support to the Senior Warehouse Technician and Warehouse Supervisor on scheduling, employee relations and other duties.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to lead team members and collaborate with clients.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks.
• Process customer receipts, orders, inventory stocking and cycle counts.
• Verify quality and package orders to minimize damage.
• Oversee equipment preparation and maintenance per SOPs.
• Plan workload and schedule preparation and cleaning of stock.
• Maintain stock of spare parts and manage supplier orders.
• Ensure cleaning, testing, maintenance, and storage of equipment before/after jobs.
• Coordinate with Repair Technicians on maintenance or repairs.
