University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an EPR Project Administrator to join the EPR Programme, a major digital transformation initiative across the Trust. You will support PMO activities, coordinate governance and maintain project documentation to ensure milestones are met.

You will work with the EPR Customer Participation Lead, Programme Manager and Project Managers to deliver effective reporting, communications and stakeholder updates across multiple workstreams.

Competenze

• Experience supporting governance and PMO activities in large projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reporting to stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate meetings, logs and action tracking in a multi-site programme.

Mansioni

• Provide PMO and project administration support across EPR workstreams.
• Coordinate governance activities, maintain documentation, monitor progress.
• Produce reports, presentations and updates for governance groups and staff.
