University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an EPR Project Administrator to support a major digital transformation programme. You will provide PMO and project administration across several EPR workstreams, coordinating governance, documentation and reporting for senior stakeholders.

The role involves liaising with the Programme Team, clinical and IT staff, organising meetings and workshops, and helping to ensure milestones are achieved across multiple sites within the EPR

Competenze

• Provide comprehensive administrative and PMO support across multiple EPR projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate and maintain programme documentation, project plans, RAID logs and governance records.
• Monitor project progress and chase updates to keep information current.
• Prepare and quality-check reports, briefs and governance documents for boards and senior stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, workshops and engagement events with clear agendas and minutes.
• Support planning with external suppliers, clinical teams, IT services and training functions.
• Manage information in programme systems, including SharePoint and other tools.
• Produce dashboards, highlight reports and status updates for the EPR Programme.
• Support communications and stakeholder engagement across the EPR Programme.

• Provide structured PMO and administrative support within a fast-paced, multi-site digital transformation.
• Collaborate with the EPR Customer Participation Lead, Programme Manager and project managers.
• Ensure governance, reporting and project controls are effectively managed and updated.
• Assist with governance meetings, including agendas, minutes and action tracking.
• Support communications and engagement activities to keep workstreams aligned.
• Maintain risk, issue and dependency logs and assist with dashboard development.
