Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Digital Project Manager for a 12-month secondment to drive key digital projects, including the EmPoweR programme to deliver an EPR system. You will manage projects using PRINCE2, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality standards.

The role is based at Eastbourne DGH or Conquest Hospital with travel to other sites and opportunities for home/flexible working. Suitable for experienced project professionals in NHS digital delivery.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 methodology experience is essential.
• Strong risk management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage stakeholders across a Digital MDT.
• Experience delivering change in a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital projects using PRINCE2, delivering on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Provide vision and direction to project teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a wide range of staff and departments as part of a Digital MDT.
