Job summary

St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for an Applications Support Analyst (Band 6) to join the IDT Applications, Build and Support Team at St George’s Hospital. The post holder will provide high-quality 3rd line support for clinical applications and EPR, logging work, updating the Service Desk, and advising on complex issues to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 3rd line application support across clinical systems.
• Strong understanding of electronic patient records (EPR) and related applications.
• Excellent communication with clinicians, managers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3rd line support for clinical applications and EPR.
• Investigate complex interface and application problems and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with IDT and external suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
