Qualifications

• Provide first and second-line application support, ensuring incidents and service requests are investigated and resolved promptly.
• Log and manage complex user support requests within the ITSM system.
• Understand clinical and administrative processes and patient pathways to support accurate data entry and workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve models of care.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day application administration, configuration and optimisation of EPR, PAS, T-Pro and related systems.
• Maintain data integrity and support the ongoing lifecycle of digital applications.
