NHS Jobs is seeking an Operational & Business Change Delivery professional to coordinate readiness activities across divisions, map workflows and run redesign workshops with clinical and operational teams, aligning change, training and implementation for EPR configuration.

The role extends to structured impact assessments of workforce, processes, data, safety and performance; identifying risks and dependencies and escalating issues as required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operational readiness activity across divisions, ensuring services understand future workflows and required changes.
• Facilitate pathway and workflow mapping, gap analysis and redesign workshops with clinical and operational teams.
• Support planning, delivery and tracking of change actions to enable EPR configuration and benefits.
• Work with training, digital and operational colleagues to align change, training and implementation activity.
• Coordinate structured impact assessments covering workforce, process, data, safety and performance impacts.
• Support services to identify risks, mitigations and dependencies arising from EPR related change.
• Track actions, risks and interdependencies, escalating issues to the EPR Transformation Lead as required.
• Build effective working relationships with clinical, operational and corporate teams; act as contact for EPR change activity within allocated services.
• Support engagement activity to build understanding, readiness and adoption of new ways of working.
• Maintain accurate records of change activity, impact assessments, risks and benefits; produce routine highlight reports and governance briefings.
• Ensure change activity follows governance, documentation and assurance processes.
• Exercises professional judgement in managing change activity and prioritises workload with supervision.
