Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Limited (DSFS) is leading the EPR Change and Benefits work, coordinating operational change and pathway redesign across services. The role ensures go-live readiness and embeds new ways of working with a mix of on-site and hybrid working, requiring presence at Sherwood Forest Hospital for a minimum of three days per week.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering large-scale EPR or digital change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder and governance engagement.
• Ability to map and redesign care pathways and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver defined elements of the EPR change and benefits workplan.
• Coordinate and support structured impact assessments, pathway redesign and workflow change activity.
• Support benefits identification, baselining, tracking and evidence collection in line with the Full Business Case.
• Act as a point of contact for divisions and services regarding EPR related operational change.
• Ensure change activity is coordinated, documented, risk assessed and escalated appropriately.
