Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an EPR Training & Digital Adoption Lead to drive the end-user adoption workstream for a major NHS EPR upgrade in London. You will convert strategy into a deliverable plan, coordinating with clinical, operational and supplier teams to ensure readiness and go-live success.

The role requires extensive experience in training delivery, DAP implementations (WalkMe/Whatfix/Pendo/Apty), and large-scale programme governance within digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading training, digital adoption, learning or organisational change workstreams within major digital transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting a major EPR or healthcare technology implementation.
• Strong experience developing and managing training delivery and readiness plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EPR training and end-user adoption workstream, collaborating with programme leadership and clinical teams.
• Create a comprehensive resource plan covering training, floorwalking, helpdesk and go-live/hypercare support.
• Assess internal capability and identify skill gaps; establish governance, reporting, readiness measures, risks and dependencies.
• Translate the EPR training strategy into a practical, measurable delivery programme.
• Lead procurement, implementation and deployment of a Digital Adoption Platform (DAP).
• Configure, test and deploy the DAP with internal teams ahead of go-live.
