Job summary

You will process new EPR registrations, issue and maintain NHS Smartcards, verify identity checks, and provide first-line RA support while coordinating with HR, IT, and clinical departments to manage credentialing and access control.

Responsibilities

• Process new EPR registrations, account amendments, and Smartcard issuance.
• Verify identity checks and maintain compliance with national RA guidelines.
• Provide first-line RA support for staff queries and assist users with system access.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and clinical departments to manage credentialing and access control.
• Support training sessions, maintain RA records, and ensure smooth RA operations.
• Maintain accurate RA records and reports, assist in RA-related meetings and events.
