Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Systems Analyst to design, develop, configure and optimise the Epic EPR system across inpatient, outpatient, theatres, pharmacy and laboratories. You will work with clinicians and staff to align workflows with clinical best practices and drive efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting Epic EPR systems.
• Ability to analyse clinical/workflow processes and translate into system changes.
• Experience in a 24/7 on-call rota is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with clinicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and optimise Epic EPR across hospital departments.
• Test system functionality and ensure data security.
• Provide user support and training; participate in 24/7 on-call rota as required.
• Lead meetings and offer specialist advice on system capabilities.
