Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Application Analyst to contribute to the implementation, maintenance and ongoing transformation of the Devon Epic Electronic Patient Record (EPR).

You will help configure the system across clinical, operational and administrative workflows, support testing and upgrades, and contribute to improvements in patient care and staff experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare IT systems preferred.
• Analytical skills to map clinical/workflow processes.
• Ability to support system testing and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Analyse workflows within the Devon Epic EPR system and configure the application area to support clinical, operational and administrative work.
• Support testing, optimisation, and changes; contribute to major upgrades and continuous improvements.
• Document system configurations and provide troubleshooting support; assist with change management.
