Job summary
Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Systems Analyst to drive the design, development, and optimisation of the Epic EPR system across inpatient, outpatient, theatres, pharmacy, and labs. You will work closely with clinicians to align workflows with best practices and ensure secure, efficient service delivery.
You will analyse current processes, implement improvements, configure Epic to meet hospital needs, and provide user support, including a 24/7 on-call
Qualifications
- General education to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Post-registration professional qualification and experience.
- Epic certification/accreditation in at least one application.
- PRINCE/MSP or other project management qualification.
- Degree in IT, Health Informatics, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimise the Epic EPR system across departments.
- Analyse workflows and align Epic with clinical best practices.
- Lead meetings and train staff on system functionalities.
- Provide user support and participate in on-call rota.
