Job summary

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Epic-certified analyst to join our team supporting the Epic EHR across ED, Inpatients, Theatres and Maternity. You will lead design, configuration and testing of your module, collaborating with clinicians and managers to optimise workflows and align with Trust objectives.

You will develop and mentor analysts, participate in upgrades and deployments, and handle incidents with a strong focus on patient-centred digital care.

Qualifications

• Must hold Epic certification or accreditation.
• Good understanding of NHS services and clinical workflows.
• Experience configuring Epic and supporting upgrades, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, build and testing of the Epic module you own.
• Collaborate with clinicians, operational managers and subject matter experts.
• Define best practice workflows and support system optimisation aligned with Trust objectives.
• Develop and support analysts; work across integrated EHR teams.
• Contribute to upgrades, testing and safe deployment of new functionality.
• Resolve incidents and provide specialist end user support.
